Return and Exchanges Policy
Talons Nail Art does accept exchanges for replacement nails under certain circumstances. Please contact us if there is a issue with sizing before leaving a review. We will do our best to resolve any concerns. In some circumstances, we can replace lost nails for a charge. We want our clients to be happy with Talons Nail Art press on nails.
Signature nail sets that are custom fitted for you are not returnable. The rest of my return policy applies though.
Talons Nail Art press on nails are made from high quality durable gel nails with multiple layers of a gel overlay and gel polishes. They will not break or chip when taken care of properly.
We are not responsible for breakage or chipping due to misuse of nails, or improper removal or storage.

Shipping Information

We ship through the United States Postal Service with tracking for all orders. We will send your tracking number after we have shipped your order.

Orders over $100 USD will be insured as well.

Orders over $125 will ship for FREE within the United States

We ship Internationally. IWe will not be able to send tracking information for orders outside the US due to the logistics of other postal systems.

When making a return, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer/patron.

All work is packaged in secure and durable packaging materials. In the event your package arrives opened or damaged please photograph it as it was delivered and contact us right away .
